Choosing depth

Two lenses on the same site.

A quick pass under the hand lens, or the deeper look on the rig — the tickets below set how far the inspection goes, and every report records what it actually covered.

Two identical browser plates on a bench: a small hand magnifier hovers over one, a large rig-mounted lens leans over the other.

What Launch Audit adds over Snapshot Audit

  • Pages inspected in a real rendered browser Up to 12 pages.A subset of the reviewed pages — rendering is the expensive half, and the report records which pages were rendered.
  • JavaScript execution and SPA-dependence detection Included.Detects pages whose content depends on JavaScript to appear at all.
  • Browser console errors Included.Captures browser console errors observed while the page loads.
  • Automated axe checks On rendered pages.Automated axe checks on selected rendered pages.
  • Lighthouse lab measurements Homepage, both form factors.Lighthouse lab performance measurements on the homepage, in both form factors.
  • Link-by-link HTTP status verification On a bounded sample.Requests a bounded sample of links and records the HTTP status each one returned.
  • Mixed-content detection Included.Detects insecure resources loaded on secure pages, from the browser network record.
  • Primary customer-journey walkthrough Included.Walks the primary customer journey by navigation, and records where it breaks.
  • Form-validation behaviour Included.Inspects selected forms and their validation behaviour without submitting them.
  • Checkout architecture review Architecture only.Reviews the checkout entry points, provider and calls to action as published on the public pages.
  • Competitive comparison When you supply competitors.Compares the site against competitors you supply, as advisory context.
  • Operator review before release Included. An AgencyProof operator reviews and releases the report; it is not published automatically.
  • Included re-scan one re-scan, no expiry. The included re-scan runs at Launch Audit depth, so the before and after are measured the same way.

Never performed — Snapshot Audit, Launch Audit or Studio Crew

  • No payment details are entered and no transaction is completed.
  • Public-page inspection; authenticated areas are out of scope.
  • Form submission
  • Field Core Web Vitals
  • HTTP security headers
  • Analytics tag verification
  • Manual assistive-technology testing
  • Scheduled or recurring scans — every scan is started by you.
  • Legal, regulatory or compliance review.

These are boundaries, not upsells. No tier performs them, and a custom engagement does not change them. If the work you need sits outside them, say so in the request and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

Not performed on Snapshot Audit or Studio Crew

  • JavaScript execution and rendered layout — Snapshot and Studio read the HTML each page serves

Launch Audit is the depth that opens a real browser — the list above it says what that adds.

Pricing questions, answered.

What counts as an audit?

One completed scan of one website, ending in a Launch Readiness Score and a report you can hand over. Snapshot Audit is an automated inspection of up to 10 public pages, with a scored report and fix plan. Launch Audit is a rendered inspection of up to 35 reachable public pages, with up to 12 of them inspected in a real browser. The report lists what was reviewed and excluded. “Up to” means reachable, in-scope public pages, not the entire domain.

A re-scan is a new audit, with one exception. Launch Audit includes one re-scan after the initial completed scan, with no expiry deadline. The included re-scan runs at Launch Audit depth, so the before and after are measured the same way. A comparison needs two completed scans and compatible data.

What is the difference between Snapshot Audit and Launch Audit?

Snapshot inspects up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML only. The report records actual coverage. Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser. The report records actual coverage.

The difference is depth as well as breadth — Launch Audit also does the following. Inspects selected pages in a real rendered browser, after JavaScript has run. Detects pages whose content depends on JavaScript to appear at all. Automated axe checks on selected rendered pages. Lighthouse lab performance measurements on the homepage, in both form factors. Walks the primary customer journey by navigation, and records where it breaks.

An AgencyProof operator reviews and releases the report; it is not published automatically. Launch Audit includes one re-scan after the initial completed scan, with no expiry deadline.

How do I pay? Can I cancel?

Snapshot Audit and Launch Audit are one-time. Check out online with a card, or request an audit and we invoice you — your choice.

Studio Crew is not on self-serve checkout yet — talk to us and we set it up with you. It bills monthly from there, cancel by email and it stops at the end of the billing period, and every report already generated stays yours.

Custom Agency is a tailored, contact-led engagement rather than a fixed public package. Tell us about your portfolio, launch volume and review needs, and we will scope the engagement with you.

Do you store client data?

We store what the scan read: the parsed text of the public pages, the findings, and the scores. No visitor data, no analytics on your client’s site, nothing from behind a login.

Delete a project and its scans, pages, findings and reports go with it.

What does my client see?

The full report, executive brief and developer checklist in the workspace, plus the designed A4 PDF once it is ready.

Report as Markdown, developer checklist as Markdown or CSV, and a designed A4 PDF. Everything we produce is AgencyProof-branded.

Can I resell the audit?

Yes — please do. Studio Crew exists so agencies can run pre-launch QA as a billable line item: five customer-triggered Snapshot audits per billing period, up to 10 active client projects.

Studio Crew runs at Snapshot Audit depth: up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML. It is not a deeper tier than Launch Audit, and it is not Launch Audit on a subscription.

Every scan is started by you. Export the report, checklist and available proof artifacts in the formats shown in the workspace.

What if my site is behind a login?

Public-page inspection; authenticated areas are out of scope. Launch Audit reviews the checkout entry points, provider and calls to action as published on the public pages. No payment details are entered and no transaction is completed. There is no scheduler either — nothing runs on its own. Every scan is started by you. If the site is publicly reachable, it is in scope.

Snapshot inspects up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML only. The report records actual coverage. Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser. The report records actual coverage. We notify you when the report is ready.
