Launch Assurance
Production got faster. Launch day didn’t get smaller.
Sites are drafted, scaffolded and shipped faster than ever — and that speed is worth keeping. What hasn’t changed is the launch moment itself: a client’s name goes on the work, in public, all at once.
Launch assurance is the step that belongs between “done” and “live”: an independent inspection of the site as it is about to ship, ending in proof you can hand to the client.
01 · The definition
An inspection lifecycle that ends in proof.
Launch assurance is an independent pre-launch inspection: a bounded, recorded review of a site as it is about to ship, run by a party that didn’t build it. It is a lifecycle, not a single scan — inspect, fix, re-inspect — and every pass leaves proof artifacts behind.
The proof artifacts
- A score and a verdict
- AgencyProof Launch Readiness Score and a rules-based Hold, Conditionally ready, or Ready verdict.
- Findings, with evidence
- Each reported issue shows the observation and available evidence captured by that scan. Evidence shows an observation at scan time. It does not establish cause.
- The report
- A structured report with an executive brief, prioritized findings and implementation guidance.
- The re-scan comparison
- Compare two completed scans to see score and finding changes. A comparison needs two completed scans and compatible data.
- A certificate — when earned
- Not included with purchase. Issued only after a standalone $799 Launch Audit completes the approved rendered coverage, earns a Ready verdict — a Launch Readiness Score of 85 or above with no launch blockers and no high-priority findings open — and an AgencyProof operator has reviewed, approved and released the report.

02 · The lifecycle
Inspect. Fix. Re-inspect. File the proof.
- IntakeYou paste a URL and choose the audit depth. Every scan is started by you.
- Inspection53 deterministic checks across the reviewed pages. AI-assisted diagnostics and implementation guidance, with the method and confidence shown in the report.
- ReleaseWe notify you when the report is ready. On a Launch Audit: An AgencyProof operator reviews and releases the report; it is not published automatically.
- The reportA structured report with an executive brief, prioritized findings and implementation guidance.
- FixesPrioritized implementation tasks with acceptance and re-scan guidance where available. Copy the audit’s fix prompt into your implementation assistant.
- Re-scanLaunch Audit includes one re-scan after the initial completed scan, with no expiry deadline. Compare two completed scans to see score and finding changes.
- Proof on fileThe report, the comparison and the record stay filed in the workspace. Completed scans are runs you started, kept for comparison.

03 · The operational home
Assurance has a desk.
The lifecycle doesn’t live in an email thread. It runs in the Command Center — the authenticated workspace where inspections are started, findings are triaged and reports are filed. Organize sites and completed audits in an authenticated project workspace.

04 · Where the audits fit
Two audits, one category.
Both audits are launch assurance — the same lifecycle, the same proof artifacts. What the price buys is depth.
The static assurance baseline
Snapshot Audit
$299 · one-time
Snapshot inspects up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML only. The report records actual coverage.
Reads the HTML each page serves. JavaScript is not executed and no browser is opened.
The fastest way to put an independent record behind a launch — and the depth Studio Crew credits run at.
The full assurance contract
Launch Audit
$799 · one-time
Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser. The report records actual coverage.
- Inspects selected pages in a real rendered browser, after JavaScript has run.
- An AgencyProof operator reviews and releases the report; it is not published automatically.
- Launch Audit includes one re-scan after the initial completed scan, with no expiry deadline.
Certificate — by eligibility only. Not included with purchase. Issued only after a standalone $799 Launch Audit completes the approved rendered coverage, earns a Ready verdict — a Launch Readiness Score of 85 or above with no launch blockers and no high-priority findings open — and an AgencyProof operator has reviewed, approved and released the report.
Studio Crew runs at Snapshot Audit depth: up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML. It is not a deeper tier than Launch Audit, and it is not Launch Audit on a subscription.
05 · The boundaries
A category is defined by its edges.
Assurance that pretends to cover everything is assurance no one should trust. These are the things an AgencyProof audit does not do — stated here, in the middle of the category page, not in a footer.
