Launch assurance for agencies & AI builders

Ship client websites with proof, not crossed fingers.

A website shown as a browser-window craft on a launch cradle, with an inspector checking it before launch.

Launch assurance means an independent inspection before a client site ships — and proof in hand that it happened.

AgencyProof runs pre-launch inspection across SEO, AI search, credibility, privacy, link-pattern checks, metadata, accessibility basics, and copy risk.

agencyproof — pre-launch inspection

agencyproof scan marlow-dental.example in agency mode: crawled the reachable public pages in scope, ran 54 checks across links, metadata, claims, and copy, generated client report with 21 findings. 3 launch blockers found. Launch Readiness: 71 out of 100 — fixes required before launch.

The failures nobody screenshots

Dead ends hide until someone clicks.

Checks for dead-end link patterns. We call this family link-pattern checks, because it looks for the shapes that dead-end — it is not a claim that every link on the site was requested and classified.

What gets checked

Ten categories. One verdict. Fewer launch ghosts.

A ten-category Launch Readiness Score and category scorecard. A scan runs 54 checks across those ten weighted categories. The report states the exact checks completed for that scan.

Findings and evidence

The claim, and what the scan saw.

Each reported issue shows the observation and available evidence captured by that scan.

A flagged sentence arrives with the markup it was found in, so the person fixing it starts from the observation — not from a hunch.

AgencyProof Launch Readiness Score and a rules-based Hold, Conditionally ready, or Ready verdict.

Conditionally ready, the stamped example, means: No launch blockers, with open high-priority findings or a score between 60 and 84. The Ready line is 85.

Studio Crew

  • five customer-triggered Snapshot audits per billing period
  • Up to 10 active client projects
  • Open a full report, executive brief and developer checklist after the report is available and entitled.

Studio Crew runs at Snapshot Audit depth: up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML. It is not a deeper tier than Launch Audit, and it is not Launch Audit on a subscription. Every scan is started by you. Completed scans are runs you started, kept for comparison.

Priced like the deliverable it is.

Two one-time audits, a monthly agency desk, and a contact-led engagement. Full detail — page scope, re-scans, exports — one page over.

Snapshot inspects up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML only. The report records actual coverage. Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser. The report records actual coverage. The questions agencies actually ask.

What does the free preview cover?

Run a free, two-page automated preview.

Public-page inspection; authenticated areas are out of scope.

It is a sample of the same engine rather than the full audit — the paid tiers inspect more of the site and produce the full report.

We notify you when the report is ready.

How many pages does an audit cover?

Snapshot inspects up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML only. The report records actual coverage.

Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser. The report records actual coverage.

Studio Crew runs at Snapshot Audit depth: up to 10 reachable public pages, static HTML. It is not a deeper tier than Launch Audit, and it is not Launch Audit on a subscription.

“Up to” means reachable, in-scope public pages, not the entire domain.

What does a scan actually check?

A ten-category Launch Readiness Score and category scorecard.

A scan runs 54 checks across those ten categories, and SEO is one of them. Checks sampled pages for SEO metadata and crawlability signals.

The report states the exact checks completed for that scan.

What does the Launch Audit add over the Snapshot Audit?

A Snapshot Audit reads the HTML each page serves. A Launch Audit reviews up to 35 reachable public pages and inspects up to 12 of them in a real rendered browser.

Inspects selected pages in a real rendered browser, after JavaScript has run. Detects pages whose content depends on JavaScript to appear at all. Captures browser console errors observed while the page loads.

Automated axe checks on selected rendered pages. Lighthouse lab performance measurements on the homepage, in both form factors. Requests a bounded sample of links and records the HTTP status each one returned.

Walks the primary customer journey by navigation, and records where it breaks. Inspects selected forms and their validation behaviour without submitting them. Reviews the checkout entry points, provider and calls to action as published on the public pages.

An AgencyProof operator reviews and releases the report; it is not published automatically.

AgencyProof inspects a bounded sample of reachable public pages. The report records the pages and methods used, plus important checks that were not performed.

How does the AI layer work?

AI-assisted diagnostics and implementation guidance, with the method and confidence shown in the report.

Findings include a confidence and method label.

A judgment call is labelled as one, so it never poses as a measurement.

Entity and crawler signals can reduce ambiguity. They do not guarantee rankings, citations or recommendations by an AI system.

What does the link check do?

Checks for dead-end link patterns.

We call this family link-pattern checks, because it looks for the shapes that dead-end — it is not a claim that every link on the site was requested and classified.

On a Launch Audit: Requests a bounded sample of links and records the HTTP status each one returned.

What do the accessibility checks cover?

Automated accessibility basics.

Alt text, language attributes and the baseline signals that a static page can be read for.

On a Launch Audit: Automated axe checks on selected rendered pages.

Automated accessibility checks do not establish WCAG or legal conformance and do not replace manual testing with assistive technologies.

What do the performance checks cover?

Checks first-pass performance signals on sampled pages.

Oversized images, script weight and the first-pass signals visible in the page as served.

On a Launch Audit: Lighthouse lab performance measurements on the homepage, in both form factors.

Static performance signals and Lighthouse lab measurements, when present, are point-in-time diagnostics. They are not field data or a guarantee of user experience.

What is not checked?

No payment details are entered and no transaction is completed.

Public-page inspection; authenticated areas are out of scope.

Also not performed on any tier: Form submission; Field Core Web Vitals; HTTP security headers; Analytics tag verification; Manual assistive-technology testing.

JavaScript execution and rendered layout — Snapshot and Studio read the HTML each page serves. A Launch Audit instead inspects selected pages in a real rendered browser, after JavaScript has run.

It is not a security audit and not a penetration test.

AgencyProof inspects a bounded sample of reachable public pages. The report records the pages and methods used, plus important checks that were not performed.

Does it install anything on the site?

No. There is nothing to install: no script on your client’s site, no pixel, no tag.

The scanner fetches reachable public pages as AgencyProofBot/1.0 — up to 10 on a Snapshot Audit, up to 35 on a Launch Audit.

Public-page inspection; authenticated areas are out of scope.

When do I get the report?

We notify you when the report is ready.

We do not publish a completion time. How long a scan takes depends on the site, and a number printed here would be a promise the engine has not been benchmarked to keep.

The report records the observation date, so what you receive is dated.

How do re-scans work?

Launch Audit includes one re-scan after the initial completed scan, with no expiry deadline.

Compare two completed scans to see score and finding changes.

A comparison needs two completed scans and compatible data.

The comparison shows what changed between two scans. It does not establish that a particular fix caused the change.

Is this monitoring?

No. There are no scheduled scans and no continuous monitoring.

Every scan is started by you.

Completed scans are runs you started, kept for comparison.

Use monthly scan credits when your team is ready.

Is this legal or compliance advice?

No.

AgencyProof identifies wording that may need evidence or specialist review. It does not provide legal advice or determine regulatory compliance.
